I had deposited an Amount of Rs 2000 on the 29th of January 2024 but the deposit amount was not credited to my account.
I got in touch with the team they told me that it would be credited if I shared my bank statement as proof of deposit.
After doing as asked and then telling me that the billing team is reviewing my deposit they suddenly told me the next day that I had not made any deposit as such.
I showed them both my upi screenshot and my Bank statement as well.
