Parimatch has been a terror when it comes to delaying the crediting of deposits. I'm writing this since this is the 3rd time they've done this in 3 weeks where a deposit has been delayed.
I don't understand why there should be such an issue since the payment should be received instantly where we can see it getting credited to the Beneficiary's account (UPI).
They make up stories that they have "Experts" looking into it and they've called the "Specialists" to take charge of this case. They reply on chat and close the chat instantly without waiting for you to respond. I have saved quite a few conversations as proof as well.
