Parimatch has been a terror when it comes to delaying the crediting of deposits. I'm writing this since this is the 3rd time they've done this in 3 weeks where a deposit has been delayed.

I don't understand why there should be such an issue since the payment should be received instantly where we can see it getting credited to the Beneficiary's account (UPI).

They make up stories that they have "Experts" looking into it and they've called the "Specialists" to take charge of this case. They reply on chat and close the chat instantly without waiting for you to respond. I have saved quite a few conversations as proof as well.

AskGamblers: Please note, last time this happened, it took 14 days for the funds to get credited to my Gaming Account (Jan 3rd deposit and Jan 17th credited).

The payment goes instantly through UPI; all they would need to do is to check the bank statement which can be got online and look for the Amount paid according to the exact time as per the screenshot which matches with the Transaction Reference which again is in the screenshot.
Don't you guys think that they should pay interest for this delay? I mean 14 days is NOT REASONABLE by any means.

So this is what you guys do. Keep our money in your account for days and then say "We didn't receive it".

Why can't you check your bank statement for that precise time and date mentioned in my screenshot? You always ask us for bank statements but you can't check your own. Can you respond to this?

I just hope the @AskGamblers team notes all this and makes sure their ranking score is impacted severely due to this inconsistency in deposit time frame.

When it comes to Ranking scores, you people somehow find a way to respond immediately or else we don't hear from you people in weeks! I hope it gets damaged severely.

And DO NOT tell me to be calm. Never!
It would be better if YOU SPEED UP AND DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. Saying "Doing your best" doesn't give me any assurance. Your best took 2 weeks earlier this month and now it's been 5 days already.

This is the first time in 2 years that I've chosen to complaint here so I've kept calm a lot. As for keeping calm now? That ship has sailed and sunk too. You guys deserve to lose some ranking points.

Why am I not surprised?

The problem is not with you guys taking time. It's the consistency in these failures leading to my money being held for so many days.
I guess by now you guys know that it's a bye-bye from me to your casino. After 2 long years, you guys finally found my breaking point!

@Askgamblers team: Please assess the reasonability of this delay (8 days now) and tell me if it's justified. I'll tell you guys be the judge of this one.

Pathetic customer service. I hope your casino gets blacklisted.
@Askgamblers team: I contacted their customer support and what they told me is that The experts are looking into the matter. When I probed further I got this response: "The experts are waiting for the payment to reflect in the system."
Waiting to reflect?? That's what a non-finance school dropout can also do! Dig into the issue, do their job right is all we ask!

Again, it's 12 days. People who left to take a Europe trip from my country have returned back but the deposit hasn't arrived yet, WOW!

I see another similar complaint from Raviteja currently pending as well. It's the same issue. There are so many people out there who don't realise that there's forums for these kinda issues.
Imagine the awareness it would create against these casinos who don't care about their customers.

The only positive thing about the last message is that you didn't use the words "Be patient".
I don't understand how a multi-million dollar company like yours has such petty problems that takes weeks to fix.

We are very sorry that the verification process takes so long. And we would have been happy to resolve this issue on the first day if it were up to us. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a response from the payment system (the intermediary between us and the bank). AskGamblers team: You can clearly see that they're responding only to replenish the 96 hours. Since I complained, there has been NO progress whatsoever.
It's 18 days now and NO progress. May I please request you to take some action on the credit score so that other players would be informed about what this casino does.

I have been asking the same thing from the customer support from Day 1, they keep saying soon every single time and they can't promise any time frame, days or weeks or months.
