Complaint Regarding Unresolved Transaction Issues with Parimatch

I am reaching out to seek your assistance with an ongoing issue I have faced with Parimatch. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this matter through their customer support, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
Over the past three weeks, I have encountered difficulties completing several transactions on their platform. The payments were delayed, and in some instances, I had to use an alternate UPI app, which led to errors. As a result, a total of approximately ₹20,000 INR in payments made through both my credit card and UPI methods were not successfully processed within the given timeframe.
I have already provided screenshots and transaction details to Parimatch customer support, but my efforts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful so far. The matter remains unresolved, and I am now seeking assistance from AskGamblers in addressing the following concerns:
Refund of the amount for the unsuccessful transactions, if possible.
Clear guidance on the necessary steps to resolve the issue with Parimatch.
A review of the customer service and transaction processing system of Parimatch to avoid similar future occurrences.
