I’m filing this complaint against Parimatch for holding my ₹5,000 deposit made via UPI (PhonePe) for over 48 hours now, and still no resolution.

Despite being a VIP user, all I’ve received so far are copy-paste replies from support saying the issue is “being looked into.” No one can give a timeline. No updates. Just generic responses and excuses.
I’ve contacted live chat, VIP support, and emailed multiple times, but nothing is moving. I was initially told UPI deposits reflect within 1 hour, and now it’s been more than 3 days.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a platform that claims to prioritize VIP members and fast transactions. I feel scammed.
If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll be left with no choice but to take further public action across consumer forums and social media to highlight how Parimatch treats its users.
Looking forward to real support and an immediate resolution.
