I deposited INR 100000 using the UPI fast pay option available on the Parimatch website.
The deposit was successful when I came to my browser screen it got refreshed and when I tried to enter my utr no. It said that this transaction is in use.
I tried contacting customer service but they are giving me copy-paste replies and Even the customer service email is worthless.
My betting account user ID is 737915913
My registered email address is <email address removed>
I have been a frequent user with high-value deposits this is frustrating that all they are sharing is copy-paste replies.
