10000 INR UPI deposit missing ticket closed without resolution
I am filing a serious complaint against Parimatch regarding a missing deposit of ₹10,000.
On 27th February 2026, I deposited ₹10,000 via UPI into my Parimatch account.

UPI Transaction ID (UTR): 391750974985
Ticket ID: #79405875
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch account. It has now been more than 18 hours.
I contacted Parimatch support multiple times via live chat. In most cases, the chat is handled by bots, and it is extremely difficult to reach a real human agent. There is no proper email support for escalation either.
I created ticket #79405875 and provided complete proof, including:
Payment transaction screenshot
UTR number
Exact date and time of transaction
Despite submitting full and valid proof, the ticket was simply marked as “resolved” without crediting my funds or giving any real explanation. I was told to wait 5 hours, which I did. Even after waiting much longer, nothing changed.
In their own system, the transaction still shows as “pending.” When I attempt to track the UTR, it now says:
“Looks like this UTR number has already been used.”
This situation is highly concerning and unprofessional because:
My bank has confirmed the payment was successful.
The operator has my money.
The funds are not credited to my account.
My support ticket was closed without resolution.
This appears to be either serious negligence or deliberate delay.
I request Parimatch to immediately:
Reopen ticket #79405875.
Properly investigate the UTR 391750974985.
Credit ₹10,000 to my account or refund it to my bank without further delay.
I am attaching all transaction details again for transparency.
I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this matter, as the operator has failed to handle it responsibly despite receiving complete proof of payment.
