Deposit not refunded since December
Hello,
My name is Joshua and I’ve been using NineCasino for a few months now. It’s been pretty good but I deposited on the 12th of December of 500 euro, They charged me 528 I used Revolt to make the deposit. The deposit went down as a failed payment but I was charged since then I have contacted NineCasino instantly and they said the money would be returned to the same deposit method after 7-14 business days. Since then I have not received my deposit back I’ve contacted live support a bunch of times and received no help whatsoever.
They have told me the refund was processed and they keep telling me dates that have been passed. I’ve also contacted my bank provider and they have told me no refund has been issued on their side I’ve been scammed of 528 euros and I’m getting no help what so ever I’ve even emailed NineCasino numerous times and received no response I want my money back this is ridiculous now it’s been over a month and I have not received my money back below I will show proof of the deposit, live chat responses, email responses I highly recommend to stay away from this casino as this seems to be a problem that occurs quietly often.
