On 3 Jan 2025 I made a deposit of 219000 PKR in my account via bank deposit method. I sent this money via online bank transfer to an agent called "Abdul Rashid" I have all the screen shots, bank statements, as a proof. But till now this money has not been credited to my account. Chat lines are useless and even after sending so many emails my issue is not resolved.
First I got a reply from mostbet saying this money was deposited to the account from where deposit request was made but this is not true because I made a request from my own above mentioned ID and I have no other ID and multiple IDs are not even allowed on mostbet and I am not stupid or made that I would make a request from a different ID. It does not make any sense.
Then I got a reply from mostbet asking all the details like date , time, amount etc, screen shots. I have provided that but till to date there is no further reply from mostbet despite sending numerous emails. I ask gamblers.com to please help me out and help me resolve this issue. I am attaching here all the proofs like screen shots, bank statement etc

We regret to inform you that following the submitter's confirmation that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with the police and FIA, taking into account the fact that the parties did not reach a mutual agreement of settling the dispute, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close this complaint as unresolved. This is such a low class company namely mostbet as no manager, no supervisor is there to listen to you. I had repeatedly asked to ask some senior manager to write to me but nothing happened.
If this issue does not get resolve please lower the rating of this < offensive language > casino called "mostbet"

Now I got an email from mostbet saying that refill request was made from another ID 218695025 and they credited the money in to that ID.
Well how is that possible ? I have all screen shots, proofs etc and as I already said I made a deposit request from my own ID i-e 77001399 and I have only hits ID
I ask you to please ask this mostbet to provide "Logs / proof from which ID was deposit request made" ?
This is totally insane and extreme negligence that they deposited money into different ID and now claiming that deposit request was made from a different ID. As I already said either this was done by mistake by this agent called "Abdul Rasheed" or he on purpose did fraud by depositing money into different ID 218695025
Please ask mostbet to provide proof / logs from which ID deposit request was made as to make things clear ?
I am not stupid that I would make an issue and raise complaints out of nothing
