The operator confirms the withdrawal request without crediting the personal account

How can a registered regular client show transaction completed without paying his due??????

Not only this, this statement is also confirmed by the operat­or.....!!­!!!­??????

I made a withdrawal request in 4th September/2022 at 04:24 PM. The transaction history in my gaming account is showing that the withdrawal request was completed on that day September 4 at 11:50 PM! And this is confirmed by the operator! However, the money was not credited to my personal wallet for my withdrawal request.

I immediately informed about this embarrassing matter on Melbet's live chat and specific mail address. But the operators in charge of them replied to me a few days later saying that I have been paid my due amount. Then I again told them everything in detail and request them to know me what information to provide proof / screenshot video / transaction statement that the money of my withdrawal request did not come to my personal wallet.

Later, with unusual delay on their part, I was told that from the date of my withdrawal request, I would have to create an unedited video and mail them where everything would be clearly visible.

Then as per their instructions I mailed them a video proof of my withdrawal request number.

But later they stopped contacting me without explaining my due amount. Then I tried to contact them again and again. On the one hand they do not reply to any mail or message. On the other hand, if they reply after two or four days, make various arguments and demand the evidence sent earlier. Desperately I sent them all over again.

Later they stopped paying me but again they started behaving like before.

Does not reply any kind of response and after a few days again demands proof of the same information.

I can't do anything so send them all over again. And so hours after hours, days after days passed and months ended. But I don't get my due money.

I will not be able to explain to YOU in my writing how much the operators here have harassed and harassed me...

Contrary to what I am telling YOU, the reality is much direr...

After 38 day has passed, on 12th October one of their representatives mailed me under the stress of my additional mails saying that I have to provide the Official PDF Statement detailing my withdrawal request number. That is, the Official PDF Statement detailing all the transactions for a total of 38 days from the date of my withdrawal request to the arrival of that mail.

Then as a last resort I contacted the appropriate authorities of my personal wallet (BKash) to collect the Official PDF Statement of those 38 days and mailed it the next day on October 13.

Just to remind YOU again, I made a withdrawal request on 4th September at 04:24 pm and that withdrawal request was successfully confirmed by the operator on that 4th September at 11:50 PM., I provided them with all kinds of evidence, screenshots and videos to support my complaint...!

But the cruel irony of fate is that from that 13 October till today I have not received my due money. And every time I tried to contact them, as a reply, they are giving me the same message or mail saying, "Dear customer, all your information has been sent to the technical department, please wait and contact us after 24 hours for updates......."

I may have accidentally and unintentionally written something wrong in my writing.

Please look at me kindly!

I am being cheated by Melbet's Bangladesh authorities in such a horrible way, no other client should suffer the same fate.

Urgently request YOU as the proper authority to give them an exemplary punishment and protect all other customers from cheating, and betraying!

This is completely unusual, and unexpected. It is clear that both the Operator and the Payment Agent are jointly involved in this incident.

Can't comment on anyone else... Can't comment on anyone else... but this kind of hypocritical harassment that repres­ent­ati­ves­(Ba­ngl­adesh) of companies like Melbet can do is really unbelievably unwelcome to Melbet customers......!!!!

I trust YOU as the last resort and am sending all kinds of evidence in the hope of getting JUSTICE!

I personally believe that YOU will ensure JUSTICE as the SUPREME JUDGE !!!

If there is even an iota of falsehood in the information provided by me, I will accept whatever action YOU take against me.

And if there is no lie without the truth, then do me JUSTICE and give me the opportunity to be eternally grateful !!!

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
