Incorrect bet Settlement as loss

Today I placed a bet (Bet 32412626047) on NBA game between Orlando Magic and Los Angles Clippers. The bet was on Section" Which Team will score First Throw After Score (2 Way)" on. I selected Team 1 (Orlando Magic). Orlando Magic indeed scored the First Free throw at 85-86. Later I found that their sports book was misprint as in Section" Which Team will score First Throw After Score (2 Way)" The Sportsbook event is having Misprint ("Team 1 After Score 85-86 (Except For Free Throws Pts"). How can a Throw be counted without it being a Free Throw? So as per terms and conditions on their website 2.7, I sent them a request to refund my bet as in their rues

In case of a staff error (misprints in the sportsbook, errors with the odds, etc.), deviation from these Terms and Conditions when accepting bets, or if bets are proven to be improper in any other way, MelBet reserves the right to declare bets made under these conditions invalid. In this case, bets are paid out with odds of 1.00.

Almost 14 hours to the request and the operator has not responded yet. Please help me get my winning or as per terms and conditions get a refund of my bet placed.

According to our rules, if a user disagrees with the outcome of a bet, they may file a dispute within 10 days of the result being posted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims submitted nearly three years later.

In such cases, it's important to provide a direct link to the match results you are referring to, your bet slip number, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our support team would have then double-checked the result, and if an error had been found, your bet would have been recalculated.

However, as mentioned earlier, we verify all match outcomes through official sources, and in your case, no error was found. The bet was settled correctly.

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.
