Created account feb 22 2020 and it was locked almost immediately after creating but not before I made a $100 etransfer of $100 to it. The account was locked because I had self excluded on a sister casino and it is there procedures. I requested the money be refunded and have been trying to work with casino support staff but all I was told was to contact Gigadat as they don’t have my deposit. Gigadat has provided me a confirmation number to the successful deposit and I sent to jackpot city a couple weeks ago and again last week but no one replies to me.
