Two deposits not credited since August

I deposited an amount of 500rs multiple times (1st deposit was on 10 August 2025 at 12:45 am, and 2nd deposit was on 22 August 2025 on 8:47 pm)

Both times the amount was debited and the transaction was successful, but the amount was not credited to the betting account.

Both deposits are now showing failed after following through with Dafabet customer care more than 100 times

I have messaged Dafabet live support and also emailed than 100 times, still they have not given any solution to my problem.

I also sent them the bank statement proof when they asked.

I have waited for the amount for more than a month now.

I have attached both the payment proof and also transaction ID and UTR for u r reference.

Please help me with this
