Sports deposit issue

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding a missing deposit of ₹500 that occurred on 17th January 2026. Despite providing clear bank proof, the casino support is intentionally delaying the resolution.

The Problem with Support:
I have contacted their support team multiple times and have received identical, scripted replies from 4 to 5 different agents (including A. Shiva Sai). Every agent sends the same "working on it" template without actually verifying the UTR 480726790223 with their payment gateway.
The money was successfully debited from my bank, but the operator is failing to add it to my wallet ADITYA125.
