I made a deposit of INR 24000 to dafabet wallet, money debited from my account and got success in dafabet wallet as well, but money not added to my wallet, sent 100 emails to support team but of no use same copy paste reply all the time , I am gold VIP client to dafabet still I am not able to get proper support from them , Dear team I am providing transaction details for your reference and need your priority to this concern # Askgamblers please assist in this concern.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino managementcan not be held responsible for missing deposit, and issue should be communicated with the bank as explained.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Already checked with bank people on this , they confirmed money is successfully credited to vendor . Vendor details and upi reference they given as follows

UPI REFERENCE : 610157845769.
DATE : 24-11-2025.

Vendor received money , bank told it can't be reversed because vendor denied to refund as well . Now check with your vendor or provide me proof to submit to bank. Thank you .
