Problem with RS100000 deposit

Hi, I have a made deposit of 100,000 INR to dafabet wallet on November 16th,2023.

By the time I made a deposit the dafabet bank account I deposited to ending with HDFC2814 is inactive.(I made many deposits to this account few days ago).

Since the account is inactive they are not crediting the amount to my wallet.

I have sent may mails regarding the same to recover my funds, still they are responding the same.

It's been many days but I have not received any update.

Since the Money is already debited from my bank,my bank is asking me to file a cyber crime complaint against that bank to recover funds.

Please do the needful.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions and that player deposit reached the casino back in 2023.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

In this previous message yesterday where I attached my bank statement ,I have clearly mentioned "I have attached my bank statement password in image. Kindly refer to it."

Means you people don't know how to read or don't understand basic english.

I'm taking every response of you and your customer support which will be definitely useful in the future If my issue don't get solved.
