I am writing to bring to your attention that two of my deposits have been pending for the last two days. The details are as follows:
• INR 4,400 – Pending
• INR 8,000 – Pending
Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I have not received any response or support from your agents. I have been patiently waiting for this issue to be resolved, but due to the lack of communication and progress, I am now feeling quite frustrated.
I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and update me on the status of my deposits at the earliest. Your prompt support will be highly appreciated.
