Not crediting inr 15000 deposit and support ignoring proof and sending automated replies
Dear AskGamblers Support Team,
I am requesting your assistance regarding an unresolved deposit issue with Dafabet (Dafa Sports).
On 27 October 2025, I made a deposit of INR 15,000 via Capital Bank Wallet UPI, and the amount was successfully debited from my wallet. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Dafabet account.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times and submitted my payment slip for verification. However, I continue to receive only automated template responses, and they are not checking or validating my payment proof at all.
Every reply simply asks me to check the Cashier page, where the status remains unchanged.
To support my claim, I have attached the complete payment confirmation screenshot, which clearly shows:
The receiver’s UPI ID
The exact date and time of the transaction
The transaction ID
The successful debit status
All necessary payment details required for verification
Despite providing full evidence, there has been no proper investigation, no acknowledgment of my proof, and no progress from Dafabet’s side. This prolonged delay is extremely disappointing and concerning.
I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in ensuring that Dafabet either credits the deposit to my account or refunds the amount promptly.
