Dear Dafabet team, I'm aggrieved to bring this here as an escalation due to your incompetence in getting my money (INR 2999) deposited in my account.


Made a UPI transfer under the following details in my account (yashrajs):


Transaction Id - 492972086

Transaction Date -14/02/2026 07:35:02 PM

Transaction Amount - 2999.00

Transaction Type

Deposit From Tessella Wallet UPI

ToDafa Sports


Used my PhonePe UPI to make the transfer(attaching the screenshot of the transaction) and entered the right UTR number afterwards. Details as below:


Paid to - Soyab Khan

UPI ID (as requested) - 9991916266@ptsbi

UTR - 357361245846

Amount - INR 2999


Also, attaching screenshot of the payment portal page acknowledging that the transaction is complete. However, the money never moved to me and I'm still getting random responses from your support team trying to dodge the issue at hand (pdf of email conversations attached)
