INR 1000 not yet credited in my Dafa account

I Deposited INR 1000 on 26th November, 2025 around 20:07 IST in Dafabet account but I have not received the amount in my dafabet account. I DID transfer the money via bank transfer from phonePe and the transaction was also successful. I am also attaching all the screenshots for reference and also when I am contacting their support I am not getting any actual time frame that how much time will it take to deposit the money in my purpose account.

The support team is only training that there was some issue with your transaction so it may take a long time. I have also emailed them and Kindly intervene in the matter and transfer the money to my dafabet account so that I can play. The response which I got was "There is a technical issue with your transaction. Our specialists are investigating it".

The UTR NUMBER IS 936778887603.

Just to inform you that It was attached and but it created duplicates and aslo I have shared the screenshot of the payment which is clearly visible to you. Process the amount on that proof because if money is deducted it is completely sent to your merchant account. Your 3rd party merchant's are pathetic
