For an entire month, I have provided overwhelming proof—including transaction screenshots and bank statements that clearly show the amount was successfully debited from my account and transferred to your designated vendor UPI. Despite this conclusive evidence, your support team continues to repeat the vague and insufficient claim that the "funds not secured." This excuse has been used for thirty days, which is simply unacceptable for a modern financial transaction.
Furthermore, a second deposit of INR 11,000.00 made just yesterday has also not been credited. While a short delay might be understandable on a first transaction, this issue occurring immediately after the month-long failure with the first deposit indicates a serious, systemic problem with your payment gateway.
It is frustrating that customer service continues to issue generic, automated messages, repeatedly asking me to "wait." I have fulfilled my responsibility by transferring the funds and providing proof. I need a senior representative from your financial team to stop providing scripted responses and personally investigate the UPI transaction details I have already shared. The company must take ownership of the error and either credit the INR 21,000.00 immediately or provide a clear, technical, non-automated explanation for the failure within a timely manner.
