Deposit NOT DONE amount 10700

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding a recent deposit I made to my DafaBet account. On 01/04/2025, I deposited an amount of ₹10,700 using your platform. However, the amount has not yet been credited to my DafaBet account.


Details of the transaction are as follows:

Amount: ₹10,700

Date of Transaction: 01/04/2025

Transaction ID: 427939976

Mode of Payment: UPI


Despite the successful deduction from my bank account, the funds have not been reflected in my DafaBet wallet. I kindly request you to investigate this issue at the earliest and ensure that the amount is credited without further delay.

I have reached out regarding this issue, but unfortunately, support these days has become absolutely pathetic. Either there is no response, or when a response does come, there is no resolution provided. This level of customer service is highly disappointing and unacceptable for a platform that deals with real money transactions.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I strongly advise others not to use this platform due to the poor handling of user concerns and the lack of proper support.

Please treat this matter as urgent. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this complaint and an update on the status of the deposit as soon as possible.

No update. When I mail the receipt to "depos­it@­daf­abe­t.com" i am getting below response
