Till now neither deposit has been credited nor there is a proper assistance from dafabet. Please help me resolve this issue.

Regarding the transaction ID 486768076: @dafabet is telling that another customer has claimed that deposit. But many days back I have received emails from dafabet stating that the deposit was made to another “merchant “.
I’m attaching screenshot for reference. Clearly @dafabet is twisting their words and not processing my deposit. I’m not at all getting what @dafabet is trying to prove here, why will I initiate deposit and jeopardise it knowing how bad and poor services @dafabet provides. Please @askgamblers it’s high time you guys involve in this matter as it has been nearly 50 days since I raised query

For the transaction ID 488775078: I have followed up multiple times with my bank and they confirmed me that the transaction was successful on that day itself. If you want I can share my bank statement from the date of deposit to till date to show that I haven’t received any refund. I will wait for another day or two and will file police complaint on your payments partner if not received my deposit. It’s been one month and it your theory is correct I would have received my refund which I didn’t.
2. For the transaction ID 486768076: How the hell can another customer claim my deposit? If that is the case give me the details of the customer who has claimed the deposit. I don’t know what kind of services are you providing? Besides that why would I use my deposit slip with another customer knowing about your fraudulent activities. I’m requesting you to process these two deposits as soon as possible otherwise it won’t be good for either of us.
If you need any supporting documents like bank statements till date, deposit slips and all I’m ready to provide.
@askgamblers can you please ask dafabet to provide supporting documents for their false claims. I’m ready to provide any sensitive information from my end.
