I am writing to report two deposits that have not yet been credited to my account:
1. ₹10,000 on 28/01/2026 at 04:00:48 PM (Transaction ID: 489313280)
2. ₹9,000 on 29/01/2026 at 01:57:21 PM (Transaction ID: 489480734)
Although several weeks have passed, these amounts are still missing from my balance. I have attached the screenshots of these transactions for your reference.
Please investigate this issue and ensure the funds are credited to my account as soon as possible
