Deposit not credited for 2 days

Hello sir,

I am using Dafabet with user ID- ashok1243. On 14th July 2024 at 4:05 pm I made an deposit of 2800 to my dafabet account but it was not credited to my account. I tried contacting with all the emails but there is no helpful response as they would only copy-paste.

Earlier also I faced a similar but got away with your help ( AskGamblers).

I am requesting you to kindly take this complaint as well and solve this ASAP.

Hello Team .

I initiated a deposit of ₹ 2800/- on 14/07/2024 04:05:35 PM IST (GMT + 5:30) via UPI.
My payment UTR number is : 419638990506
I submitted the UTR number in dafabet website.

After few minutes I saw that the transaction was pending.

Then I uploaded the screenshot.

After around 2-3 hours I saw that my transaction was pending. I tried to create a new deposit request. But still the result was same.

I contacted customer support.

First they told me to wait for some time.

But after waiting for more than 24 hours I again contacted them.

They told me that they have not received the fund. But I confirmed with my bank that the fund was credited to the recipient account as this was an UPI transaction and the transaction was successful from my end.

After that I contacted customer care several times and mentioned about the transaction details.

Now they are repeatedly saying that they have not received the fund. They have said that they are confirming with their payment partner but they are doing nothing. Every time they are saying the same thing that "Another follow up had been created and they have not received the fund".

I am aslo attaching my payment screenshot, conversation with customer support and screenshot of my cashier section in dafabet website.

Kindly help me Askgamblers..
