I am writing to escalate an issue regarding my deposit of ₹7000, which has not been credited to my account yet. The deposit was made on 4th March at 1:19 AM IST, and I have already shared the UTR number and payment screenshot multiple times via email and chat support.

Despite my repeated complaints, I have not received any update or resolution. This delay is highly frustrating, and I request immediate action on this matter. Kindly verify the transaction and credit the amount to my account at the earliest.

Please provide a prompt update on the status of my deposit. I expect a resolution without further delay.

Thank you for your response. However, as I have mentioned earlier, the deposit transaction is showing as failed in the cashier's page, and I am unable to upload the screenshot from there.

I have already shared the transaction screenshot multiple times via email to [email protected] and have also attached it to this complaint. Please check the attachments and process my deposit at the earliest.

Kindly provide an update on the resolution as soon as possible.
