I deposited 30000 INR to Dafabet account on 28/01/2025. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but not added to my dafasports account. I contacted customer care multiple times but they are giving same reply stating that we are yet to secure the amount and not giving proper resolution.
Attached all proofs where I contacted customer care multiple times.
Please help me with this deposit issues.

It's not acceptable.
It's been already more than a week and amount is deducted successfully from bank account and I have already shared all screenshots. Why customer needs to wait this long even the transaction is successful and shared all relevant proofs.
