I have deposited 50000 INR IN DAFABET on Sept 7th, 2025. Money was dented from my bank but hasn’t been added to the Dafabet account. I have reached out dozens of times via email and live chat only get automated chat Bot responses with different customer service executive name everytime. I have not been able to get any support even after a week of following up. This is unacceptable and I would like a refund as I have lost faith in Dafabet to meet my expectations

Dear Dafabet Team,
I am requesting a refund of the amount I deposited, which is INR 50,000. I have not placed a single bet since making this deposit. I initially used the bonus code because I trusted your platform.
However, after waiting for more than three weeks and receiving not a single proper response to my repeated emails, I have lost confidence in your platform. This is why I am asking for a refund of my deposit, not for you to process the deposit after such a long delay. Please read my complaint clearly. It clearly states that “I WANT A REFUND”
Please arrange for the refund at the earliest.
