Deposit amount of 5000 and 12500 not added to my account

Dear AskGamblers Support Team,

I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving ongoing deposit issues with Dafabet (Dafa Sports). On two separate occasions in April 2025, I made deposits totaling INR 17,500 via SirenadaPay. Although the amounts were successfully debited from my bank account, Dafabet has not credited them to my gaming account.

The first deposit was made on April 3, 2025, at 06:54:50 PM IST with a transaction ID of 430540146 for an amount of INR 5,000.
The second deposit was made on April 16, 2025, at 08:14:35 PM IST with a transaction ID of 434443659 for an amount of INR 12,500.

Both deposits were made using SirenadaPay on the Dafa Sports platform.

Despite multiple follow-ups with Dafabet’s customer support, I continue to receive generic responses stating that they are "yet to secure the amount" and advising me to check the status via the Cashier page. However, the Cashier page simply shows the issue as "escalated" with no further resolution or update.

I have attached screenshots of Dafabet’s email replies showing repetitive and unhelpful responses, as well as a screenshot of the Cashier page indicating the unresolved and escalated status.

This continued delay, despite my repeated efforts and the submission of clear proof of payment, is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and assist in ensuring that Dafabet credits the missing deposits to my account or processes an immediate refund.
