Deposit amount of 25000 not added to my dafabet account

Dear AskGamblers Support Team,

I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving an ongoing deposit issue with Dafabet. On March 28, 2025, at 1:05 PM IST, I made a deposit of INR 25,000 to Dafabet (Dafa Sports). The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but Dafabet has not credited it to my gaming account.

Payment Method: HTPay Banking

Since the deposit, I have repeatedly contacted Dafabet’s support team, but they keep providing the same generic response, stating that they are "yet to secure the amount" and asking me to check the status via Cashier. Despite my complaint being escalated, there has been no resolution or update on when I will receive my funds.

Dafabet’s email responses, which show their repetitive replies with no concrete resolution.

Screenshot of the Cashier page showing that the issue is escalated but remains unresolved.

This delay and lack of proper resolution are highly concerning. Given that I have provided all necessary proof, I request AskGamblers to intervene immediately and help resolve this issue fairly.
