Deposit amount of 20000 not added to my dafabet account

Dear AskGamblers Support Team,

I am requesting your assistance regarding an uncredited deposit on Dafabet (Dafa Sports). The amount has been successfully debited from my Capital Bank Wallet UPI, but it remains in a pending state on the Dafabet cashier page. Despite sharing valid payment proof with Dafabet support, I have only received automated responses without any proper verification or resolution.

Below are the details of the transaction:

- Transaction Date & Time: 16/10/2025, 04:24:10 PM

- Transaction Amount: INR 20,000

The payment confirmation screenshot clearly shows:

- Successful debit

- Receiver details

- Date and time

- Transaction ID

However, Dafabet has not reviewed the evidence or updated the transaction status.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help ensure that Dafabet either:

1. Credits the deposit to my Dafabet account, or

2. Issues a full refund of the above amount immediately.
