Deposit amount of 17000 INR not added to my account

I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has been pending for an unreasonable amount of time.

On 31/12/2025 at 02:23:50 PM, I made a deposit of ₹17,000 using HTPay Banking. The transaction details are as follows:

Transaction ID: 482900348

Amount: ₹17,000

Transaction Type: Deposit

Status: Pending

From: HTPay Banking

To: Dafa Sports

The amount has been debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Dafabet account. I contacted their support team multiple times. They keep saying that the matter has been forwarded to their payment partner and is under review, but no proper update or resolution has been provided.

It has been a significant delay, and this is causing inconvenience and financial stress.

I am requesting that AskGamblers kindly intervene and help resolve this issue. I want either:

The ₹17,000 was credited to my Dafabet account immediately, OR a full refund of the debited amount.

I am ready to provide bank statements and transaction proof if required.

While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
