I made a complaint here before regarding my delayed deposits. In the previous complaint, there were 3 deposit issues and only 2 deposits got credited and one deposit was still pending. By the time my complaint was in progress, I made another deposit into my Dafabet account and it got stuck as well so I mentioned about it in my previous complaint. Askgamblers team closed my complaint and told me that if I have an issue witha new deposit account, I needed to submit a new complaint. So I am raising another complaint.
I am sending you the Transaction details and a screenshot of the transaction and I hope dafabet will solve my issue as soon as possible.
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reached the conclusion that the disputed amount never successfully reached the casino's payment provider. Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds. We strongly advise the player to seek further assistance directly with their bank or financial institution. Based on this confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
As per our checks, please be advised that Transaction ID 484367632 has not yet been received by our payments partner. If the amount has already been deducted from your bank account, we kindly recommend contacting your bank directly to initiate a refund.
