I have been using my dafabet account since a very long time now and this is the very first time there is a systemic failure or a glitch has been made from dafabet.

• total stake: ₹66,000

My bet was a clear winner and the result was a winner too but at the end i see my bet has been settled as a Void and I have no idea why only this winning bet out of all my bets placed on the same match have been made Void by them. The losing bets have not been voided but only the winning bet has been voided.

When contacting to customer support they told me that "bet is voided because the result of that market is already determined before you placed your bet" but how can be the result of that specific bet is already determined when i placed my bet before started the event. I placed my bet in pre match section. I have attached the screenshot in which you can clearly see the timing of my bet, I placed my bet at 19:47 PM and the match started at 9:00 PM because of the rain delay and i also taken the screenshot from the cricbuzz a well known live scores website in where you can see when was the match started.

I think this could be a system glitch or software failure or an internal fault from dafabet.

I have attached screenshots of all the information of my bets on the 18th April on the Royal challenger banglore vs Punjab Kings cricket Match.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

3.18.2.6.11 Top Batsman in Innings

Description: Which batsman will score the most runs for the named team?

Rules: The result of this market is determined on the batsman with the highest individual score in a team's innings. In limited overs matches, bets will be void if it has not been possible to complete at least 50% of the overs scheduled to have been bowled at the time the bet was placed due to external factors, including bad weather. Top batsmen bets for First Class matches apply only to the first innings of each team, and will be void if fewer than 200 overs have been bowled, unless settlement of the bet has already been determined. If a player was named at the toss, but later is removed as a concussion sub, that player will still be counted, as will the replacement player. If a batsman does not bat, but was named in the starting XI, bets on that batsman will stand. If a batsman is substituted in after the in-play market has been offered, and scores the highest individual score, bets on the market will be void, unless there is a dead-heat. When two or more players score the same number of runs, in the innings dead-heat rules will apply. Runs scored in a super over do not count.

I am writing to file an official complaint against Dafabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account, despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email.
On June 6, 2026, at 11:33 PM, I made a deposit intended for my Dafabet account via HTPay Banking. The payment was processed successfully from my end via PhonePe, but the status on the Dafabet deposit page is still showing as "Pending."

Dafabet delaying withdrawal even after completing veriifcation

Hi Ask gambler's team,

My earlier complaints were rejected because of gap in your understanding of my problem. Please read the issue in detail below.

Dafabet blocked my withdrawals 10 days back and asked for pan and photo with pan for verification.

I have provided all the necessary documentation required for verification clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines and the documents are verified 4 days ago, but the withdrawals are still not processed. You can check their reply screenshot stating verification is complete.

Since verification is complete, they should be processing my withdrawals but if I ask them to process my withdrawal, I am getting irrelevant replies regarding deposit. I think the bots are replying.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements and the verification is also completed but the issue with withdrawal still remains unresolved. If they want any additional documents for verification I am ready to give them but they are not giving me proper response to resolve the issue. I called them and emailed them but all I am getting is standard deposit bot replies. Please check it yourself in the screenshot.

I kindly request your intervention to help allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.

Account documents verification taking too long

My dafabet userid is < username removed ?

My withdrawal got declined and reason they gave was to submit account verification documents.

So i uploaded the requested documents in my accounts documents tab ( My id and selfie holding the id ). I uploaded them 4 days ago but till now it is showing documents have been submitted and we are reviewing them. According to them, only account documents verification takes 24-48 hours which has already surpassed and in email also I sent them. But they are sending irrelevant reply like - to validate your deposit concern something.

I am asking them about my verification status and they are replying with deposit concern which is irrelevant.

@askgamblers please intervene and tell dafabet team that documents have already been sent to their team and uploaded to the website but till now the account is not verified and due to that my withdrawal is pending.

Payment delayed since May 25th

Hi AskGamblers team,

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.
