10000 Not credited
This is my personal complaint for my own Dafabet account. I am the registered account holder (no third-party involvement).

On March 8, 2026 (~08:12 AM IST / Dafabet internal timestamp 18:41:50 IST), I made a successful UPI deposit of ₹10,000 (internal Transaction ID 4966715275).
- UPI details: UTR 58266626767943438, paid to pnbkhan1@ibl (Eyasin Miah).
- PhonePe support + Punjab National Bank confirmed funds were successfully deposited to the recipient's PNB account (ending ...71) on March 8, 18:42:36 IST. Eyasin Miah verified receipt in their bank statement. Full PhonePe chat transcript attached.
Dafabet support replies repeatedly say "yet to secure the amount", "in progress", or "monitor Cashier" — no credit to my wallet after 10+ days, despite funds reaching their designated agent/vendor per bank confirmation.
Attachments include:
- Original PhonePe UPI success screenshot.
- Full PhonePe support chats (March 15, including bank confirmation).
I request immediate crediting of ₹10,000 to my wallet or a full refund/explanation. Funds are confirmed received on Dafabet's side — this is a crediting delay.
