I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a pending deposit in my Dafabet (Dafa Sports) account, which has not been resolved despite follow-ups.

I was informed that the issue was followed up with your payment partner and that they are “currently checking the status.” However, no final update, resolution, or timeline has been provided till now.
The amount has already been debited, and I have fulfilled all requirements from my side. Continuous delay without proper resolution or transparency is unacceptable.
My Request:
I request Dafabet to:
1. Complete the investigation immediately
2. Credit the pending amount of ₹10,000 to dafabet account
