Dear Betway Team,
Wanted to bring to your notice the amount(INR 5000) that I had deposited through Betway's payment method "(credit/debit)/Net-Banking/UPI/Paytm". I had used Paytm UPI through your processor airpay at 7 PM IST for INR 5000. Money has been sent as confirmed both by my bank, Paytm UPI history (attaching details - betway transaction declined screenshot, Paytm UPI confirmation)
The deposit got declined but the money hasn't been refunded or added to my balance. Later when I reached out to airpay (your UPI payment partner), they confirmed that the money has been passed to the merchant. Attaching the email conversation with Airplay customer support team and a screenshot with transaction details:
Spoke to your chat team, after waiting in queue for 1.5 hours twice. They have mentioned that the issue via email will be taken acknowledged and acted upon. It is pretty clear, I have sent the money, Airpay confirmed that it has been transferred to you, why the fuss? Can I just have my money back?
I have sent more than a few emails but no acknowledgment, even your chat team mentions that you can't do anything as you aren't getting my emails. If attaching a bank statement is contingent and you are claiming that you are not getting it through my multiple emails, I can attach it here.
