Betway Casino - Deposit of INR 40,000 neither credited to my account nor refunded after months of waiting

I deposited 40k on October 30 2021 around 10.25 AM using netbanking. Amount got debited from my bank account but not credited to the betway account. I checked with the betway support team many times but still, I have not received any refund.

Still, they are telling me that a follow-up has been made with the processor regarding this query. We'll provide further updates once more information is received, Already 7 months were over. Please do the needful asap.

Today I got mail from your customer support, in that mail they are mentioning refund process was processed at last may 14, but I haven't received any refund. I replied to that mail, after that you sent mail like you are re escalated again. See already 7 month was over how many time you will re escalate this issue. I need proper time

Hi Betway,

This is second time you are doing this. Already on april month you said the amount was refunded but I didn't got my money.After reporting,you asked for the bank statement. After providing that you said that issue was reescalated. Now you are repeating the same process,again you are reescalating the issue second time.

I verified with the bank refering the order ID for the refund. But they are telling that there was no transaction with the provided order ID. I have attached the bank statement of the related dates from May 15 to current date. Please avoid providing fake details and refund my amount soon. It was almost half year, still I am getting nothing expect the escalations. Refund my money back

I have clearly mentioned in the above mail that I have checked with the banking team and confirmed that no refund was credited in my bank account. I have attached my bank statement also. Don't respond without checking anything. Check the statement properly and process my refund as soon as possible. Dont repeat the same response like refund initiated, provide the transaction details clearly

Please note that we have received feedback regarding the refund. The processor advised that the transaction ID:42615936 is reflecting as declined on their systems. They escalated this to the relevant department on the 22nd of June 2022. 

The processor has advised that the below transaction has been successfully refunded, and you should receive it in 24-48 hours of the date:

Date Processed: June 23, 2022

Re-escalated your most recent Bank statement.

Once we have any feedback regarding the matter we will contact you accordingly.
