Thank you for prompt reply... But i am still getting the same reply on mail as well that thing is stuck with banking team... It's long time i am waiting for the same even after provide all proff i want betway support to resolve this on priority basis as all things are cleared on airpay's mail that they already paid the funds to betway they why it's taking this much time??
