I made a deposit of 50000rs on October 29th October. Amount has been deducted from my account but not credited to betway account.

When I checked with chat support, they informed me that the deposit is declined from backend and in 14 business days it will be credited back to my bank account.

It's already 50 days now and it was not credited to my account.

Ita the same response from Betway that they will be checking with processor for Life time .

All payments were made via gateway and it's clearly shows JASPER bill.

Can Betway share the communication made with processor for followup of payments.

@Ask Gamblers--- I request to blacklist Betway so atleast other customers won't face this issue and experience.

We have reviewed your account once more and can see that you have previously logged a formal complaint regarding this matter. Our complaints team had requested a bank statement from you dated from the date of the deposit up until the 19th of November as requested from the processor.

Please ensure that the document is not password protected, reflects proof of who owns the account, the depositing date and amounts, and needs to indicate the service providers logo.

We urge you to comply with this request at your earliest convenience to prevent any further delays. Kindly respond to the email string received from our Complaints team on the 30/11/2021 with the relevant information.

@betway--I didn't received any mail requesting for bank statement.
Resend the mail to send the bank statement.
Also mention the period of statement required.

I made deposit on 29th October and why betway is asking from August 29.
Is this mail related to me or some one else.

Kindly note that in order for us to further investigate the status of the funds, we do require a detailed proof of deposit or detailed PDF bank statement from the date of the deposit the 29th August 2021 to 19 November 2021(or thereafter), highlighting the transaction in question. Regrettably screenshots will not be accepted. Please ensure that the document is not password protected, reflects proof of who owns the account, the depositing date and amounts, and needs to indicate the service providers logo.

We urge you to comply with the above request at your earliest convenience to prevent any further delays.

How long will it take to review bank statement. It's already 70 days and this was third time same bank statement was requested.

@betway-- few of my friends who had this issue received refund. Why it is taking long for me as transactions were done from same method and same day.

That states bank statement is escalated to processor but not the resolution or refund.

Mention clearly in your website or faq if deposit was struck from processor, it's not betway responsible.

I how many days complaint team resolves it. As per betway internal complaints guidelines, it should be 5-7 business days. If I am wrong sent me the guidelines of time frames for complaint resolution.

Also I didn't received your answer for my query related to few customers who had the same issue on same day already got refund. Then where is the delay for my transaction.

Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team has just extended the response timeframe for another 96 hours in the hope that Betway Casino management will soon provide an update regarding this complaint.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly.

Please note that as per the previous email from our Complaints Team, an escalation has been made to the processor for further review of your deposit.

Considering that the processor is a Third-Party, we will have to await feedback from them with an update regarding your deposit.
