I was happy customer of Betway till last month.
On 29th October 2021 I made 4 deposits via net banking to my casino account mentioned in complaint .all 4 transaction was successful and amount got debited but out of 4 deposits one deposit of INR 75,400 was not reflected back in Betway account.
I contacted customer support on 6th November and they said "transaction was unsuccessful at Betway side it will be refunded back to my bank account in 7-14 days" but still its not deposited to Betway account or bank account, so I contacted them again and this time they asked for bank statement from 29th oct to 23 Nov which I immediacy sent on [email protected] and received "Betway Support Reference Number:<removed sensitive information> but live chat agent was still saying she had not received my email. Then she gave me "documents@betway.com" email id and asked me to send again.
I did that and finally she received and acknowledged that . Problem is my amount is not refunded or not added back into Betway account.
there is no update after contacting many times to Betway live chat support . I kindly ask its more 25 days but still Betway not taking any effort to solve this issue .
I am attaching the proof :
1> Chat Transcripts of Betway they accepted payment failed at there end
2>Chat transcript of Betway Agent who said they will escalate this to payment team
3>Bank statement showing transactions from 29th Oct to 23 Nov that INR 75400 Deducted but never deposited/refunded back .
I ask askgamblers team to look into this and hopefully my problem will get resolved soon.
@betway team I was happy customer of yours but with this experience I am very disappointed with service and support.
