I was happy customer of Betway till last month.

On 29th October 2021 I made 4 deposits via net banking to my casino account mentioned in complaint .all 4 transaction was successful and amount got debited but out of 4 deposits one deposit of INR 75,400 was not reflected back in Betway account.

I contacted customer support on 6th November and they said "transaction was unsuccessful at Betway side it will be refunded back to my bank account in 7-14 days" but still its not deposited to Betway account or bank account, so I contacted them again and this time they asked for bank statement from 29th oct to 23 Nov which I immediacy sent on [email protected] and received "Betway Support Reference Number:<removed sensitive information> but live chat agent was still saying she had not received my email. Then she gave me "docum­ent­s@b­etw­ay.com" email id and asked me to send again.

I did that and finally she received and acknowledged that . Problem is my amount is not refunded or not added back into Betway account.

there is no update after contacting many times to Betway live chat support . I kindly ask its more 25 days but still Betway not taking any effort to solve this issue .

I am attaching the proof :

1> Chat Transcripts of Betway they accepted payment failed at there end

2>Chat transcript of Betway Agent who said they will escalate this to payment team

3>Bank statement showing transactions from 29th Oct to 23 Nov that INR 75400 Deducted but never deposited/refunded back .

I ask askgamblers team to look into this and hopefully my problem will get resolved soon.

@betway team I was happy customer of yours but with this experience I am very disappointed with service and support.

Unfortunately as previously mentioned, this matter is out of our control as the funds never reached us and we require the processor to look into this.

@betway team: your apologies not helping. When customer’s money got stuck for 60 days . It feels bad .
When you say you don’t have control as funds not reached. Let me tell you that payment gateway which collecting payment from us selected by you . As I already submitted all documents and proofs of bank statements etc showing money got debited from my bank but never refunded. Its all goes to your payment gateway partner i am chasing this from 60 days with no resolution. I doubt many customers facing this issue too. When your chat agent says payment failed at our end that means funds reached at your payment gateways but may be some issue when it comes to betway . I work in software development so i know how much time it should take to resolve this .
If you say payment never reached to you then just give me official email from betway saying same so i can open dispute with my bank from which payment got debilitated so they can chase . I can guarantee you on earth no merchant or company take that much longer for online transactions investigations.i am sorry to say this but its fact.
@Askgambler team : please check betway team replies from 30 days on my complaint. It almost same templates replies .

I am cooperating all possible ways but no resolution on 75400 INR my hope getting destroyed day by day .

Please see the response we have received from the Netbanking Processor:

“Thank you for contacting us with regards to the Netbanking deposit that was unsuccessful.

We are aware of a delay with deposits returning for deposits made from the 26 October to the 3 November.

Our team of specialists are working around the clock to have this resolved as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.”

This issue has affected multiple customers at Betway and Netbanking has advised they are treating this issue as urgent. The funds will be returned to your bank account by Netbanking.

@Betway Team : still not received any refund .can you please let us know until when your net banking will refund this or solve this issue ? Days are passing but no resolution on refund . It taking forever for them ? Kindly resolve this on high priority. Do let us know update on this ?

@ask gambler team @betway team : today betway have locked my account without reason i was waiting for refund more than 70+ days attached screen shot of showing account locked . I don’t what’s going on with betway its really frustrating. I request ask gambler team to look into it or ask proof .

Update : @betway team @ask gambler team : now i am able to access my account . Will update here once my refund is received/processed i am waiting for it . I hope it should not take longer now finally.
