Hello,
I sent money on the 4th of February, the sum of 500,000 thousand nairas to BC.Game.
I was debited successfully but the amount was not credited to my account, I contacted my bank and was told the money was sent successfully, I also got in touch with the merchant bank who told me the money was successfully deposited into the provided merchant account,
I speak to customer care every day and get the same response every time about it.
Please I need your help to recover this money from them
The attached file contains photos of my conversation, the payment receipt, and my bank confirmation that the money was sent.
