19 bonuses were lost

Hello, I have an unpleasant situation.I bought 19 top bonuses(4300$) in nolimit, turned on the stream after 20 minutes and there are none!I contacted the chat, provided all the evidence, for example: the purchase history in my personal account, the history in all 19 slots.The support created a ticket and I waited 3 days, after 3 days I turned to the chat and received a very sad answer that nolimit introduced new rules bonuses that were purchased and more than 1 hour passed, they will simply disappear!!!I thought it was nonsense, because a person may lose the Internet or he needs to move away urgently! But there is good news when I started the stream that day I had a chat open and the time in the chat is shown there at 18:51 and I bought bonuses at 18:30 it turns out that more than an hour has not passed! p.s. I have not received any evidence from bc.game casino that nolimit has responded to them.Below I add proof screenshots, and a link to the video of the moment when I did not find the bonuses.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in our response, as we have only recently come across your complaint. Upon carefully examining the account status, I can confirm that the matter in question has already been resolved and provided you with the refund of $4,300.

I would also like to point out here that this was the rules made by NoLimit and we had to refund our own as we found it a bit harsh but upon a discussion the limit of expiry was increased.
