Recently I went back for some stupid reason after being burnt before for several hundred pounds, to 888 Live casino roulette, whereby I placed a bet, the bet was accepted, shows on the game history and showed the winning number but then their game froze and when returning not only did I not have my winnings yet they even took the money I placed for the bet away!

You will often find their support will say “Our game log server logs, do not show a bet was place” so jog on whilst we laugh all the way to the bank with your money.

The thing is, after being badly burnt before (yes I should know not to go back to a scamming, useless company) I thought taking screen prints of my game history/ game server log, the bet being placed and accepted would cover for such events……

Well…. No! they keep saying the same thing as their only response “ our game server doesn’t show a bet placed and there was an error in a transmission” which isn’t my fault, I’m on the highest bandwidth possible with fibre optics, pc is always kept up to date but yet a company who makes a million per day can’t afford to at least give me my bet that I placed let alone what I should of won.

If I were you, take your money and go to a real casino or somewhere else online but don’t trust them!

Bad enough as it is, the games are geared for the casino to win let alone when you win they still take your money.

Thank you for raising this case. Upon a thorough investigation in your case we could see that you were contacted by our Support Department on 10/02/2015 after your gaming activity registered on your account was carefully checked and a resolution was given in this case.

Please note that as per our Disconnection Policy should disconnection occur after a bet is placed but before the Spin Button is pressed, your bet will be returned. If disconnection occurs after a bet is placed and the Spin Button is pressed, the game’s result will be decided by our random number generator. After reconnecting, you will be able to return to the game setting applicable prior to the disconnection occurring and see the game outcome, or see whether or not you won your bet in the roulette history table. In some cases, you will have to return to the game before you can play other casino games.
