Deposit by E-Transfer $27 to Casino
Taking forever to get a reply until finally have received a cut and paste answer.
Asked GIGADAT about deposit and received answer that money has been sent to 888 but Casino denied me by saying it’s cancelled.
Checked history and see that casino it says cancelled. Unfortunately money has been taken as confirmed by GIGADAT but not honoured by casino 888

24 hours later and still nothing....
We can see that the Transactions department has sent you a follow up email on May 14 regarding the funds. They have opened an investigation with the relevant parties.
As soon as an update is received, we will contact you.
