Hi

I have made some deposit on 16/12/2020 at 888 casino. But they were cancelled and i got £1300 refund but the total amount was £1850. I have talked to them about this and they required me to send my bank statement as a proof. I did exactly what they say and sent it on 4/1/2021. They said they will reply me in 2 days after 2 days i did not get anything and i came back to ask, they told me to wait 2 more days. Just like that i come back every 2 days they dont do anything for me and keep making me wait for no reason. That has been a month since I deposited and it still hasn't been resolved.

I just got a response after 14 days but it did not work at all. They did not say anything about my query and told me to contact them again enclosing the detail of my query. I have forwarded my email one more time to them and still waiting for the response.

Our colleagues from the Support Department sent you an e-mail today, on 27/01/2022, with more information regarding the deposit issue that happened on 16/12/2020 where they confirmed that the transactions were not declined and and the funds were added to your bankroll, into your gaming account, and the funds were played.

They have also sent you the gaming activity registered on your account during that period so you can personally check this situation, and you will see that all the 3 deposits were played.
