I have been with 888 Casino for quite some time, always played and withdrawn with no issues at all, and any proof of ID, etc. had always been sent and accepted.
I recently got told that I need to submit my proof of funds to show where money is coming from, so I linked to my Halifax account directly as requested so they could see.
One week later, my account is still on hold. So I manually uploaded the last 3 months' bank statements as extra..another week on, the account is still restricted.
In between this time, I made a withdrawal of £70 which I got an email to say was successful, a week later I got nothing so I live chat and got told because my account was restricted, I won’t get it until it’s done.
I’ve submitted twice and waiting for Money and nobody is taking responsibility when I’m doing all that is asked of me!

I’ve now been told my accounts been suspended and closed - which is fine, however I made a withdrawal last Saturday of £70 and I still haven’t seen this - and you cannot keep these funds.
Can you find out what is happening please?
