After being on a winning streak for the previous 2 weeks I have recently been locked out of the Thunderstruck 2 game from 888 casino.
I contacted customer support that gave me a lot of procedures to try and re-install the game, but this had no effect and I cannot access the game anymore. I then also e-mailed and sent pictures to them to try and resolve this, but I have had no helpful reply, just more what I might be able to do.
The Account management 212 issue just all of the sudden came up after playing and winning on the game for a period of time.
This caused me to switch over to Eye of Horus and surprise, surprise I keep depositing and losing massive amounts of money with no glitch whatsoever!!!
In order to see if it is my laptop causing the problem I joined 32 red casino and started playing the same Thunderstruck 2 game without an issue. So tell me how it can be a software issue from my side when it clearly states on the error message "Account management error 212"

As yet, still not able to play or access the game on 888 casino....
