24 May I played with Casino 888. I made serval deposits of which 3 of them did not reach my 888 account that night.
An amount of 200 euro, 1000 euro and 1000 euro.
Two of the amounts did arrive the next day and they are now in the process of withdrawal.
One amount of 1000 euro is still missing. I contacted Trustly and they gave the reference numbers. I have this email.
In my 888 account it is stated that the depostit was cancelled but this is not true. I have also proof with my bank statement. I cannot upload these documents please contact so I can send them to you.
888 casino does not respond at all after 4 days. They cannot be reached by Phone, the chat is not working and they do not respond to my emails.

My deposit has arrived. Now one issue remains. I made a withdrawal but it remains in process.
Again the support department does not reply at all. It is 1800 euro. 😢

There is one missing withdrawal of 285 euro and then the case can be closed.
888 casino has improved their service by responding and transferring withdrawals much quicker.

All former issues are solved. Thank you. Today I made a transfer of 2000 euro through Trustly and again it was deducted from my bank account but not arrived in my 888 casino account. How can this happen over and over again?
