I have had this casino for a few months now. However, I definitely do not have a good experience with it. I registered via other site, I should have received free spins for registration, but the code did not work and no one answered the live chat. I did not solve it.
I sent a total of 12 deposits in dogecoin to them, no bonus, no problem with the receipt of funds, but when I wanted to pay out the win (not from bonuses) the problem was suddenly. I made a request to withdraw, confirmed the address in the email and waited. I waited almost 2 days and nothing happened, so I wrote to support and waited for almost half a day for an answer. I wrote 3 more times for support and every time someone took me away. For me the worst casino with the worst communication ever! So after my deposit not only I had 100 eur balance but also 150 free spins on Football Champions Cup. At the time AskGamblers page said that it had expired 3 weeks ago, so I don't know how I ended up with it.

Nevertheless, I started off with playing my free spins. The game didn't give me any bonus round or free spins features, and from 150 free spins I ended up with just 1a 9 eur bonus. I was actually quite relieved when I found out that this Champagne spins Casino was yet another casino within the Direx N.V. group, as I have already signed up at quite a number of their casinos. Seeing their 100 free spins offer with a first deposit got my interest up a little bit more, but I was rather disappointed when I then realised that those free spins would be given out at 20 free spins per day, over 5 days.
