On 8.9.2024, I had 1329€ after wagering a bonus, I withdrew the money and started verifying my account. I then uploaded a picture of my ID card to the site on the same day. On 16.9, they sent me an email (screenshot) saying that my withdrawal has been placed back in my balance, as I had sent them a "blurry" image of my ID, and hadn't send them an official bank statement yet. I then uploaded a bank statement, and new pictures of my ID card on 17.9.

As I hadn't heard anything from them, I contacted them through live chat on 31.9, and asked what is the hold up, since the verification of the documents should take only 1-3 days, as their site says. The live chat operative told me that they "trust" that the verification team is going to contact me once they are done with the verification, nothing else.

On 1.10 I again asked what is the hold up, and told them I'd contact AskGamblers on the following friday if my account hasn't been verified and money withdrawn because my verification is being held up for no reason.

On 4.10, they sent an email (screenshot) saying that, again, the pictures of my ID card are blurry (none of the pictures were blurry, other sites had accepted them without a problem). I humored them and sent them new pictures of my ID cards for the third time. I sent the pictures on 4.10, and waited again, and as I received no response I decided to contact the customer support through email on 10.10 (screenshot), and they told me that the documents I send have to be valid and that the finance team will check it "as soon as they can".

It's been 4 days since that and I haven't heard anything from them, so I thought its time to open a complaint here, as it seems they are just using delay tactics and trying to make me play the balance away.

WestCasino - Operator deliberately ignoring emails

I have been trying to get in touch with WestCasino regarding a legal issue about their operator in my country of residence since December 11, 2022. Hence, I contacted them via e-mail on December 11 and 19 with my initial request. Since I did not get a response whatsoever, I sent follow-ups reminding them about my writings on December 20 and January 9 2023.

Please find proof of my e-mails attached to this writing. In the meantime, I got in touch with their live-chat several times, as I simply did not hear anything at all from their e-mail support. There, I was told, "Live-Chat support and e-mail support are to different departments and both cannot access each other's data." Hence, they could not tell me if they received any of my e-mails or were processing them. However, I was told multiple times I would receive an answer "soon".

Since that had not happened after one month, I decided to bring in my lawyer. Therefore, I needed my official transaction history on their Casino. On January 14, I contacted the operator again, asking for said transaction history. This time, after two days, I was told to contact their DPO - which I did. I have not heard from them since January 16.

On January 31 I resent my initial request with more detailed information. On February 3, I reminded them about my e-mail and asked for a confirmation of receipt. I have not heard from WestCasino since then.

I gave the operator the benefit of the doubt for some time. However, I have been waiting for almost two months now and have not heard anything at all (!) regarding my request. I would love to solve this issue through my lawyer, though I also do not get any responses from the operator's DPO.

WestCasino simply seems to be intentionally ignoring my request for whatever reason, as my e-mails clearly come through - since they responded to my request about my transaction history within two days. I had also thought that perhaps my e-mails did not come through, however, my e-mail provider always informs me within seven days if such a thing happened.

With this public complaint, I would like to utter my discontent about the way the operator is handling this issue. I would like to specifically point out that this complaint does not regard the legal issue behind my initial complaint (I will either try to find a solution with the operator itself or resolve the entire matter in court), but the way the support team simply ignores any of my e-mails. I understand requests sometimes can take longer to process, however having to wait almost two months without hearing anything really goes beyond anything I have seen before.

I am hopeful this complaint will encourage the operator to finally get in touch and find a timely solution to my request.

Really Really I frustrated about this casino.

Well how to start.
I saw in promotion there is 150 percent bonus and 150 spins In dead or alive slot.
I deposit 30 euro from my neteller.
I got 150 bonus and 150, spins also.
Then I open my free spins in dead or alive slot. When I open slot I did not see any free soins.
Then I go to chat and told I did not get free spins.
Then he add spins.
I got spins.
I played 30 spins then game show game unavailable.
Then I again open slot then I saw there is only 20 spins. It should in 120 spins.
Then I again go to chat then he said he will add free spins to book of dead.
Then I open book of dead. No spins there.
Again I go chat.
They so sorry again I will add free spins.
So I again open slot no spins there.
So again I went to chat they told they have some problem with providers check after sometime then I said ok.
After hour I open book of dead I got only 80 spins instead of 150. Because I played 30 spins in dead or alive the did not add my winning money by 30 spins in my account.
After I played netent always games crash.
I can't play any netent game.
Every time game show game not available
Only 10 to 15 spins going good after showing games unavailable
I really frustrated and lost all my money.
So I don't know what happen to this casino. I played in 100 of casinos I had never problem like this before..

This casino pays out to me on a regular basis so that makes up for some of its failings which is just a bit of a buggy site but no worse than many other casinos that DO NOT pay out as often! The terms and conditions that you mentioned are not from our website, and please only check the terms on our Casino page, and nowhere else." This part just makes zero sense. The link that I used in order to read their bonus terms and conditions USED to be on their site. And why would they have a link like that says "Bonus terms and conditions", if customers are not supposed to use that? That link used to be right below their bonus offer. Now they have obviously removed that link and on his answer he does not mention it. He does not admit their own mistake and he makes my comment look irrelevant, that is why I want his comment removed / edited.

This site offers the worst deposit bonuses I have ever seen. I claimed 50% deposit bonus and thought that the wagering requirement is 35x bonus amount, since their terms and conditions states this: "All deposit bonuses and free spins are subject to a wagering requirement of 35X.". After reading this I thought that the wagering requirement is 35x bonus amount, but it seems like the real wagering requirement on 50% bonuses is 35x bonus + deposit amount, in other words the wagering requirement on 50% bonuses is 105x bonus amount. (for instance if you deposit 20 euros you will receive 10 euros bonus you have to wager 35x (20 + 10) = 1005 euros. So it is the same as 105x 10 = 1005 euros.

Also after you have completed your wagering they will remove the bonus amount, just like they did for me. I will never play here again.

I was lucky enough to make a first withdrawal of €450, which took a bit long around 3 days and a half, but my second one I received the second day. I'd give them an 8 for now, and leaving room for improvement

Great welcome bonus for first 3 deposits, friendly and personable support staff, good slot selection, plenty of payment methods and a growing variety of promotions. Recent addition of slot contest/races promotions. The proposed VIP treatment has promise when/if it is implemented. Can't speak to withdrawals as I never managed a win here.

Sadly this casino was still working out some bugs as I made my first few deposits and as much as I liked the interactions with most of the support staff as well as the look and feel of the site, there were just too many hiccups and it was too incomplete to warrant my continued play and/or make the cut as a frequently played casino, but I wish them the best of luck.

Nice layout, fast chat and good software providers. The bonus is 100%+ 100fs on guns n roses. The verification procedure as i was told is 48 hours plus the withdraws via e wallet take around 48 hours as well.

I really like it at first since I had a call from promotion department for the welcome bonus and I deposited and won around 250euros. I sent the requested documents via email but after 24 hours I was asked to send the same docs that I had already sent but this time less than 3mb. This is preposterous, for a casino following this tactic in order to make the player roll back his withdraw. Plus I find it funny for an online casino to need 48 hours to check the documents and send a withdraw via e-wallet (skrill and neteller MUST be instant with a variety of time frame from 0 to 4 hours). Moreover, the slots from the second day started lagging painfully, so painfully that you already knew that you wont even get a scatter bonus (and yeah thats exactly what happened).
